All of our vulcanizing, splicing and other related machines undergo comprehensive quality inspection throughout every stage of manufacturing. This includes inspection of all incoming raw materials and components, self-inspection by machine operators after each key production step, workshop-level inspection following subcomponent completion, random sampling conducted by the production department on semi-finished parts, and a final dynamic performance test on the fully assembled machine to ensure functionality and quality compliance before shipment.
